Hello, I’m Cadeau! And I like making videos that benefit and transform. The quality and clarity of a message are super important to me, and I obsess over details until a job is done well. My leadership style brings clear direction, structure, and a positive energy, so people love their jobs and get stuff done!
I am formally trained in film and media production with additional experience in marketing and project management. My work includes hundreds of videos in many different styles and has received many awards.

Work closely with the Yippee.TV team to develop TBN's new media venture focused on ages 12-24. My responsibilities include: Content Development, Video Editing, Production Coordination, Project Management, Media Management, Talent Negotiation, and Talent Agreements.
Oversaw our team's creation of original video content and ensured we got things done well and on time! I managed over 300 different productions in this position, and I standardized countless processes to help us work efficiently as a team. After implementing Agile methodology in 2020, our production output increased by 197%.
I helped establish the US video department, and gave input on equipment, hiring, and processes for the team. I was responsible for writing, shooting, and editing all of our video content. During this time I also taught myself 360 video production, and created tutorials that resulted in 61K organic views on YouTube.
Operated 1 of 7 professional cameras during church services, capturing the live production of worship, sermons, and special events. The services were seen by a weekly attendance of over 17K, online viewership of approximately 2K, and a broadcast audience of several million.
Created (wrote, recorded, produced, and edited) a kinetic typography video for the fundraising campaign. Also edited numerous discipleship videos and optimized all video assets on YouTube for organic traffic.
Each week, I filled various production roles during live chapel broadcasts including: Director, Camera Operator (Sony PMW-350K camera), and Technical Director (Sony DFS-900 switcher).
While at Taylor University, I utilized Soundrack Pro and ProTools software to produce station audio promotions, short devotionals, and ID’s for our campus radio station. I also oversaw all radio station production.Listen to a sample of my work here: https://soundcloud.com/cadeau-juraschek/sets
I served as a PA on numerous commercial video productions and live broadcasts. I contributed to the video editing of several station advertisements to help the team meet pressing deadlines.
